The first thing in the morning that comes to everyone’s mind is What to have for breakfast? Some people go for Pranthas, Roti Sabzi, Poha, etc. But few choose a food mix with the goodness of fiber, nutrients, and healthy options.

Today, I am sharing one such healthy breakfast recipe. The dish is called ‘Overnight Oats‘.

It is the easiest of all. You just need to spend 5 mins preparing without any complexities. Just mix the ingredients and keep the mixture in the fridge for at least 4 hours.

The ingredients and the Instructions are as follows:


  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
  • Pinch of salt
  • Your choice of toppings (e.g. fresh fruit, nuts, granola)


  1. In a bowl or jar, combine the rolled oats, milk, Greek yogurt, chia seeds, honey, and a pinch of salt. Stir well to combine.
  2. Cover the bowl or jar with a lid or plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight or for at least 4 hours.
  3. In the morning, give the oats a stir and add your desired toppings.
  4. Enjoy your delicious and nutritious breakfast!

Note: You can adjust the amount of milk to achieve your desired consistency – more milk will result in a more liquid texture, while less milk will result in a thicker, creamier texture.
